1. How long does it take for my order to ship? 

All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. You should receive your order from 7-15 business days, depending on the product and country it's shipped from. 

2. Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

Yes. When you place an order, a USPS tracking number will be provided that you can use on the "Track My Order" page to check the status of your order.

3. How often are new products added to Shop Luogo?

New fashion products are added to the website weekly or bi-weekly. Other items are added more sparingly (monthly).

4. Where are the products being shipped from?

Most of the products on Shop Luogo are shipped from the US and China. Some are shipped from other countries such as Russia, Uzbekistan, United Kingdom, Canada, etc. Some products list the different countries the product is shipping from. If the countries are not listed, usually it's shipped from the US or China.

5. How often does the website update the availability of the inventory?

The availability is dynamic with the resources of products e.g. when the size of a product is not available, it will be grayed out. If the product is not available at all, it will immediately be marked as "Sold Out".

6. Are there any discounts on Shop Luogo? Where do I find them?

Discounts are available bi-weekly to monthly. From the homepage, if a discount is available for the products when you click on a collection, it will be stated at the top of the collection page. 

7. How much are the shipping costs?

Shop Luogo offers free economic shipping for most of the products. Other shipping prices can range from $5.99 up to about $12.99 depending on the product or country that it's shipped from. Free shipping is available for all orders totaling $100 or more.

8. How long will it take Shop Luogo to respond if I contact them?

All emails and messages are responded to by 24hrs.
